Courteous staff, magnificent location close enough to major arteries as well as a large mall. Also, close to many wonderful restaurants. Immaculately clean and updated rooms with refrigerator & sink and pull out sofa and comfortable couch, excellent service. Great facilities there.

I was given brand-new and well priced room just how expected it to be with sofa and refrigerator & sink, for instance.

The food was outstanding and the staff were very amiable. The location was magnificent, with restaurants and a zoo close to the hotel. Shopping centers and a large shopping mall were right next door.

I liked spending time here. It was a such great stay for the price. The location was marvellous as for me, just next door to several restaurants within walking distance and Columbus Zoo, close to number of restaurants, right off highway and major arteries.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

As adventure travelers, we loved the spacious rooms and comfy beds at this hotel. The L-shaped couch was perfect for relaxing and watching movies. The hotel staff were accommodating and helped us get rooms beside our friends. The location was excellent, with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to the Columbus Zoo. The bonus of having a limited Starbucks menu at the front desk was a nice touch.

Sincerely, it was an excellent stay for the price. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Excellent dishes in a nice restaurant.

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a safe area, really close to restaurants and stores, and the surrounding area. The location was magnificent, at walking distance from an enclosed shopping mall. Plus there was a lake, within 30 minutes walk or so. All in all we really enjoyed brand-new room with sofa, a big couch and the king bed. The staff was very friendly and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place. The accommodations were top-notch and we loved the clean and comfortable room. The staff was very accommodating, even giving us a room next to our friends. The pool was also nice and clean. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were climate control, multi-channel television, and a fridge in the room, truly enjoyed that. The location was favourable and ideal - adjacent to zoo and cosi and restaurants & things.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were poor.

It was relaxing and immaculately clean hotel, exactly as described, with attentive staff and unbeatable location close to shopping center.

Our stay there was great. The room was reasonably large and updated and it had a shower and hair dryers, that's cool. Our location was particularly good close to everything. Moreover, it's close enough to the surrounding area and restaurants & things.

The service was excellent, including great breakfasts and a nice pool. There were TV, a refrigerator, and tea and coffee making facilities in the room, loved that.
